Rudi Zygadlo - Arrows (Bobby Tank remix)

London-based artist Bobby Tank, who impressed us with his fearless and propelling debut ‘Afterburn’ EP earlier this year, has contributed a remix to Rudi Zygadlo’s Arrows, a track taken from the Glasgow-via-Berlin musician’s latest single, ‘Melpomene’.

Wondering from the experimental and instrumental-influenced borders of the original version into an uptempo and bass-driven territory, Bobby Tank has done a remarkable job by avoiding too much changing. Keeping the entirety of Rudi’s expressive vocals is interesting and has the most immediate appeal, because it bridges the gap between the strange, the abstract and something that is more rhythmic and high-octane.
