Solange Knowles and Blood Orange have been making music together

The more subdued of the Knowles sisters is set to release a new single, co-written and produced by Blood Orange's Dev Hynes.

Solange Knowles has announced that she is set to release a new 12 inch, ‘Losing You’, on Terrible Records next month.

The track was co-written and produced by British musician Dev Hynes, the brains behind Lightspeed Champion and, more recently, “Blood Orange.:http://bloodorangeforever.tumblr.com/ The B side will also feature Kevin Barnes, frontman of rock band Of Montreal.

Hynes has also been working on the production of Knowles’ yet-to-be-announced upcoming third album, which will be independently released later this year.
