Kindness - This Is Not About Us

Kindness has shared This Is Not About Us, the second song to emerge from new album 'Otherness', and its first single proper.

Premiered as Zane Lowe's Hottest Record in the World on BBC Radio 1 last night, This Is Not About Us is way more subdued than anything on debut album 'World, You Need A Change Of Mind', seeing Adam Bainbridge singing solo (a change to the rest of the collaboration-heavy album) over piano cut-ups, sultry sax, and what sounds like a chopped and screwed Snap! breakbeat. Like a lot of Kindness' music, the intricacies of This Is Not About Us gradually reveal themselves to the attentive listener.
