TNGHT - Acrylics

Brace yourselves: TNGHT have put out out their first original song since their their self-titled EP last July. Its music box opener suggests something a little darker, but it gives way to maximalist bombast pretty quickly, with an absurd drop that seems to build forever. It’s not nearly as inventive as you’d expect from both artists behind it, and structurally it’s no different to your average big drop brostep track – all you’d have to do is swap the sounds around and you’d have it. But the accompanying description describes it as a single to “blow up the road to Coachella” which says all you need to know – this is a big, gaudy festival track.
