Tough Luck to highlight post-COVID rave culture in Shoreditch exhibition
Tough Luck will be showcasing an exhibition called "Nowt Daft" on April 1 in Shoreditch, which will focus on the state of modern dance culture in the post-COVID age.
Tough Luck may have started as a virtual community during the pandemic, but it's reaching its hands into the real world with the new exhibition using the network of photographers they've built up since launching. The exhibition will feature the best work from those photographers, particularly focusing in on the wide range of venues used by modern day rave culture pioneers.
Founder Jordan Taylor hopes that the collection will let attendees see a different side of the culture, saying, "I believe that underground photography has the power to capture the energy and excitement of subcultures in a way that mainstream photography often can’t. Throwing events such as the exhibition is a great way to meet up, network and have a laugh with the people who are part of these amazing subcultures."
Tickets are currently on sale for attendees who are over the age of 18. You can purchase them here.
