Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem sample Bon Iver on new song and video 'The Hillbillies'

Tyler, the Creator appears in the new visual, which you can watch below...

Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem return with a new collaboration called 'The Hillbillies'.

One of the best duos in rap history, with hits like 'family ties' and 'range brothers' already becoming timeless classics, the pair have just put out another iconic offering.

Produced by Surf Gang's Evilgiane, the new single's instrumental is built on a sample of Bon Iver's 2020 track 'PDLIF', providing the perfect beat for the rappers to double up on and put their chemistry to use.

Adding to the timeless feel of the song, the VHS-shot music video adopts a jet-setting feel-good vibe, shot across London, a private jet and outside Dodger Stadium. Tyler, The Creator even makes a cameo in the Neal Farmer / pgLang-directed visual.

Less than 24 hours after going live with the song, fans have applauded the easy-going, goofy nature of the track. It's clear Kendrick and Keem had a lot of fun making this tune, and we're having a lot of fun listening to it.

Watch the music video above.

Kendrick Lamar and Beyonce recently teamed up for the first time in seven years with a surprise new remix of Renaissance’s 'America Has a Problem'.
