Neil Landstrumm - HL_LM

Fresh from releasing a new EP with JD Twitch as Doubleheart, Neil Landstrumm is readying a release for Hypercolour-associated label Sneaker Social Club. HL_LM is a bit of space-age electro, with cosmic synths and twinkle-star arpeggiations, and it doesn’t sound too far removed from the stuff that Andrew Weatherall has recently been releasing with The Asphodells. The psychedelic, found-footage video – as premiered on FACT – uses montage to create a series of interesting juxtapositions, and it’s pretty entrancing.
