The track was originally called 'World', redirecting slightly to it's current iteration of 'Terra Nova', meaning 'new world' after Long Island Sound recognised that the song marked a shift in direction for their outfit.
Formed of Rob Roche and Tim Nolan, Long Island Sound's pending sophomore album 'HYDRA' exemplifies the duo's evolution over the past decade, marking a milestone in their career.
Inspired by their travels and experiences, 'HYDRA' features musical influences spanning everyday sounds to more evocative soundscapes, balancing dancefloor energy with reflective beats, weaving intricate narratives into their music.
The full album is set for release on 30th October.
