Sofi Nova Hits the Brakes on New Single 'I Can’t Keep On Driving'

London-born multidisciplinary artist Sofi Nova returns with her most personal single yet, 'I can’t keep on driving.'

This slow-burning, late-night anthem is about recognising when love has run its course. Known for her spacey blend of drum and bass, soul, and psychedelic pop, Sofi continues to blur genre lines while keeping emotion front and centre.

Produced in her bedroom with long-time collaborator George Gianluca, the track combines dreamy electronic R&B textures with raw, introspective lyricism. It explores the quiet moment of realisation that the main force driving a relationship - love, effort, or even sadness - might no longer be enough. “It’s about putting your foot down and speaking up for your needs,” Sofi explains.

Following earlier singles 'Nothing Ever Changes', 'Our love is dead x' and 'Limbo,' this latest release sets the tone for her upcoming debut EP 'Heartbreak Chronicles', arriving on 14th July.
