Merry Lamb Lamb drops electronic pop gem 'Better'

It's a collaboration with Miso Extra and aimei 媚

Hong Kong-hailing artist and producer, Merry Lamb Lamb, has linked up with Miso Extra and aimei 媚 on the collaborative new single, 'Better'.

Featuring fizzing electronic production and soft vocals from each of the three artists, 'Better' is a self-reflective song about taking control of your life and feeling better for making your own decisions.

The three artists connected and wrote the track at Platoon's 'She Runs The Boards' music writing camp, hosted in partnership with ESEA Music and creative organisation shesaid.so.

Taking place at the new Platoon 7 Studios in London's Tileyard, the writing camp illuminates the ESEA Music community, with a focus on enhancing the presence and prominence of female producers, songwriters, and engineers within the music industry.

Fusing Merry Lamb Lamb, Miso Extra and aimei 媚's skills across production, lyricism and singing, 'Better' is a perfect of how magic can be made when creatives have a space to come together.

"Interesting to have very different mixtures of people together and very different personalities too," Merry Lamb Lamb said of the Platoon writing camp.

"To be working with females who are also Asian, it just feels really like, natural and like, at home," aimei 媚 added.
