Premiere: Lover's Rights - Make Your Own Milk

Lover’s Rights are three friends from Glasgow that make…well, what do they make? Judging from Make Your Own Milk, it’s a weird one. It’s house, sure, but only in the loosest sense of the word. The hallmarks of your average house track are all there – kicks, claps, hi-hats, rim-shots and acidic squelch, there’s even a drop of sorts, albeit towards the end – but it’s been turned on its head and mutated into something else entirely. Whatever it is, it’s good and weird fun.

Make Your Own Milk will appear on a split 12” with Dam Mantle on GETME! from October 1st. Dam Mantle, lest we forget, is due to release his debut album on October 8th through NOTOWN.
