RYL0 takes aim at the music industry "rat race" on hyperpop new single
Experimental vocalist and producer RYL0 shares ‘Rat Race‘, a track about feeling underestimated and undervalued as an artist.
The New Jersey native is the latest addition to our DMY Artists family, and is a self-proclaimed “jackass of all trades”, taking on the roles of creative director, manager, singer/songwriter and producer at once.
‘Rat Race’ utilises the production talents of a friend she made on Twitter over quarantine, and finds her entering the hyperpop sphere, musing on the music industry’s careless and cynical nature.
A full-time film student at the University of Southern California, RYL0 is passionate about crafting visuals that portray her artistic energy, and you can watch the video for ‘Rat Race’ below.
