GETME! announce June residency at Tola Peckham to fundraise for War Child

Jay Carder, Ifeoluwa, Lixo and Ash Walker will kickstart the residency on June 2nd

GETME! are launching a new residency at Tola Peckham in June, partnering with the charity War Child and its ‘Right To Dance’ programme to raise funds for Ukrainian families.

From its origins as a night in a London pub in 2006, GETME! has evolved from nomadic party series to record label, and now, a full music service consultancy. The residency will get underway on June 2nd with sets from Jay Carder, Ifeoluwa, Lixo, Ash Walker and more, followed up with parties every Thursday for the rest of the month (9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th).

Other artists locked in to perform at Tola across June include Cameo Blush, Martelo, Champion, LYAM, Fiyahdread, Kassian, Raji Rags and Chloe English, as well as some special unannounced guests.

100% of profits from this event will be donated to War Child to help support their work with children affected by conflict in places like Ukraine and Yemen. War Child is the only specialist charity for children affected by conflict. For more than two decades, the charity been ensuring safe futures for children living through war. They aim to reach children as early as possible when conflict breaks out and support them long after the cameras have gone.

The ‘Right To Dance’ programme is War Child’s fundraising platform in collaboration with the underground music community. Back in March, Keep Hush and Worldwide FM teamed up to throw a fundraiser in support of War Child at Corsica Studios.

Through a monthly membership, the ‘Right To Dance’ offers exclusive events and music access, merch collaborations and partner offers to raise money for War Child’s work in supporting children affected by war.
