Pitchfork Music Festival London Unveils First Wave of Artists for 2026 Edition

The Avalanches, Noname, Hania Rani, Jacob Alon and Tortoise lead first names for the city-wide festival this November.

Pitchfork Music Festival London has announced the first wave of artists for its sixth edition, revealing a sprawling programme that once again transforms venues across the capital into a week-long celebration of forward-thinking music.

Taking place from 2–8 November, the festival returns following a record-breaking fifth anniversary year that welcomed 20,000 attendees. For 2026, organisers have assembled one of the event's most eclectic line-ups to date, spanning experimental electronics, boundary-pushing hip-hop, contemporary jazz, indie rock and avant-garde composition.

Among the headline performances, The Avalanches will bring a special “The Avalanches & Friends” show to the Roundhouse, while acclaimed pianist and composer Hania Rani will play her only UK show of 2026 at the Royal Festival Hall. Elsewhere, Chicago rapper Noname headlines the Roundhouse with a performance celebrating a decade of her breakthrough mixtape 'Telefone.'

The first announcement also features performances from Jacob Alon, Tortoise, Actress, The Radio Dept., Lido Pimienta, aja monet and Olof Dreijer, alongside a host of emerging artists and special one-off events.

A cornerstone of the festival's appeal remains its city-wide approach, with venues including the Roundhouse, Royal Festival Hall, KOKO, ICA, Village Underground, Hackney Church, EartH and The Cause all set to host performances.

The popular Dalston Takeover also returns, with a single wristband granting access to multiple East London venues and a line-up featuring Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Mandy, Indiana and Working Men's Club.

Further names still to be announced in the coming months. Tickets go on general sale from 12 June.
