Skepta fires shots at Wiley on new diss track, 'Wish You Were Here'
Skepta has followed up Wiley’s sends with a brand new diss track, ‘Wish You Were Here’, addressing the previously one-sided beef directly for the first time.
Addressing Wiley’s infamous no-shows, Skepta raps: “Came to your party, you weren’t there” / “All that talk about clash, that’s air” / “Said you were my brother but you weren’t there”.
Wiley has of late been calling out Skepta on social media, after the ‘That’s Not Me’ MC linked up with Dizzee Rascal for ‘Money Right‘.
In November last year Wiley released his ‘Flip The Table‘ freestyle, where he threw cutting lines towards Skepta and Dizzee like: “You’re not a killer you’re a table flipper, boy in the corner grime scene quitter”.
Recently, Wiley didn’t show up to his own 40th birthday party at the last edition of Grime Originals – but Skepta made a surprise appearance.
Listen to the track now, posted to Skepta’s SoundCloud page after it premiered on Tim Westwood’s Capital 1Xtra show.
Wiley has promised retaliation, tweeting at Skepta:
@Skepta Today my brother I bring you back down to earth.Once and for all.🐐

While other MCs like Jaykae have given their thoughts on the matter:
I heard Wiley booked studio to reply to Skepta but he didn’t show up like everything else
