With striking shots of the singer laying down her vocals interspersed with the open adoration of Missy Elliott, the clip is a fitting, brief tribute to a vibrant and unique performer. As Missy looks into the camera and says, grinning, “there’s no one like her; there’s only one Whitney Houston”, we can’t help but agree.

Missy’s is only one among many, many tributes paid to the star today by those within and without the music industry, following the tragic news of the singer’s death in the Beverly Hilton hotel yesterday.
