New York based singer, songwriter, and producer boyhood. is back with the third and final single in the rollout for his upcoming EP.

Following the May release of ‘Easy’, new offering ‘Winner’ brings a more energetic and hopeful approach to the experimental pop sound he's carved out since announcing the project with 'Crash' back in August last year.

As a trans man, the name “boyhood.” is an evolving homage to the experience of having had an unconventional one, and an exploration of how a repressed and limited childhood has influenced a full and intentional adulthood.

With the new body of work edging ever closer, boyhood. speaks on his latest release: "This EP explores the complicated feelings of emerging from a long period of depression and apathy. ‘Winner’ is about the limits of a self improvement kick, and the jitters, excitement, and embarrassment of meeting someone new and making a fool of yourself.”
