Connie Constance returns with rippling indie-rock cut 'Monty Python'

It's her first single of the year...

Her first new music of 2020, Connie Constance has just unveiled ‘Monty Python’. The Watford-raised singer-songwriter has been quiet of late, biding her time before re-emerging with a bang, one year on from debut album ‘English Rose’, and four since her debut EP. As well as coming out with new music, she recently set up a new label – Jump The Fence, which is “all about taking the risk, pushing yourself; having no fear and just going for it.”

Backed with lo-fi drums and rippling guitars in a nostalgic nod to indie-rock, her candid vocals on ‘Monty Python’ tell tales about feeling out of place at boujee dinner parties, getting wasted and heartbreak. The single comes complete with its own visual – shot in a pre-corona era, it finds her in London’s iconic Moth club and causing havoc around the streets of the capital. Watch it now below.
