DBL A Releases New EP 'GLASS HOUSE'

Six-track project is a melting pop of genres

Manchester's DBL A has shared his introspective new project, 'GLASS HOUSE', which touches on personal emotions and experiences, spanning love and life.

Following the release of previously shared singles, and 'GLASS HOUSE' features four brand new tracks. Each exhibits the rapper/songwriter's skilful knack for crafting heartfelt songs that his audience can connect with.

Kicking off with the nonchalantly-delivered 'Own Terms', which features skippy dance music drums, DBL A speaks of having faith in things working out despite the hard times. Elsewhere,  'HOMESOUP', sees DBL A combine raw emotion of 90s grunge with the gritty edge of UK grime. Closing track 'Old Soul' sees elements of indie rock mix with intricate rhyme schemes and dreamy vocals as he reflects on the life he's had so far.

Overall, DBL A's 'GLASS HOUSE' is a laid-back masterclass in genre-blending, in doing what feels most authentic as an artist, and not feeling limited by genre.

'GLASS HOUSE' is out now.
