Kaisha explores modern relationships on new EP 'Nine Yards'
Brighton's rising star Kaisha today shares her anticipated new project 'Nine Yards'.
After recently selling out a headline show in her home town, as well as landing herself a BBC Introducing Live Lounge and a headline appearance at the Social in London, momentum is seriously picking up for this exciting up-and-comer.
Offering a fresh and introspective take on R&B and soul, Kaisha's new five track EP explores modern relationships, self-discovery and anxiety.
“This EP represents a lot of the emotions I held back from showing last year," says Kaisha. "I advocate for people to be vulnerable all the time, but when it came to myself I actually found it quite tricky. I felt like there was a line I didn’t want to cross in which I would be a burden.
"So I spent some time on my own writing my thoughts down - from dealing with grief, to past relationships and to feeling uncertain about my future. Pretty much the whole nine yards.”
Her third EP so far, 'Nine Yards' opens up a new chapter in her music journey as she fearlessly opens up and exposes her previously undisclosed emotions and experiences.
