RAPTUM announces LP with hard-hitting UK rap cut 'GRUD'

East Londoner RAPTUM is one of the UK's finest underground talents at the moment. Now announcing his forthcoming LP with new single 'GRUD', the rising rapper is chasing the recognition he deserves.

“Watch em front on me” RAPTUM says on the hook of his latest offering, taking aim at the closet fans who listen to his music in secrecy but refuse to admit it. The rising lyricist is no stranger to comments and messages from listeners asking "How have I only just discovered your music ?” or "How are you not getting millions of views?".

RAPTUM's response is 'GRUD', a self-produced banger calling out listeners that would rather he remain their best kept secret. RAPTUM believes that listeners are often "blindsided by co-signs and hype, waiting for you to get either or, before showing active support; you can't sleep on GRUD, you’re just gonna have to lay there with your eyes open".
