Ian Brown shares anti-mask and conspiracy theory-filled song 'Little Seed Big Tree'
Ian Brown has released a new track doubling down on his controversial opinions on the current pandemic, ‘Little Seed Big Tree’.
The Stone Roses frontman has received widespread backlash for his anti-lockdown views, including from Jedward.
Released today, ‘Little Seed Big Tree’ reiterates previous anti-lockdown opinions with the lyrics: “Get behind your doors for the new world order,” also showing scepticism over a potential vaccine, singing: “Dr. Evil, and his needle … A false vaccine, like a bad dream.”
Brown’s lyrics also touch on an unfounded conspiracy theory about a plan to implant trackable microchips which Bill Gates is supposedly behind: “Plant a microchip, every woman child and man …. Plant a microchip, have complete control.”
Elsewhere in the song, he sings: “A sonic lockdown in your home town / A sonic lockdown, can you hear me now? / A sonic lockdown, state shakedown, a mass breakdown / Put your muzzle on, get back in your basket / Get behind your doors cos living here is drastic.”
Brown also tweeted “NOBODY IS NO F*CKER TO TELL YOU TO WEAR A MASK,” prompting Liam Gallagher to respond: “Ian. Shut up x”.
