Kendrick Lamar announces mysterious pgLang project
Recently, Kendrick Lamar deleted his entire Instagram history, which fans took as a sign of new music coming.
While Lamar didn’t announce a new album, or drop any new tracks, he did use the refresh to tease a company called pgLang, a joint venture with his longtime creative partner Dave Free.
Kung Fu Kenny posted three new images of the company logos and the caption ‘pg-lang.com‘.
The website reveals that pgLang is an “at service company,” specialising in music, film, television, art, books, and podcasts. It aims to deliver “stories that speak to many nations, many races, and many ages,” writes the website.
A ‘Visual Mission Statement’ on the site shows a video featuring Kendrick, Jorja Smith, Baby Keem and Yara Shahidi.
Some pgLang merch was made available to purchase on the website, but has now all sold out.
