Oneohtrix Point Never is releasing a new EP, 'Commissions I'

A new EP for Record Store Day is comprised of music made for art installations, performances, and films over the years.

Oneohtrix Point Never is returning with a new EP, 'Commissions I'.

'Commissions I' is comprised of four tracks by OPN that first appeared as commissioned music for art installations, performance, and film, including his futuristic Quadrator piece for Saatchi & Saatchi's New Directors' Showcase in 2012. Many of these pieces introduced the sound that OPN would go on to exhibit across last year's incredible 'R Plus Seven'.

This'll be the first time many of these have been made available, and it'll come out on Record Store Day (April 19th) on limited edition 12" with a black foil print jacket and die-cut view of the inner sleeve.

Oneohtrix Point Never was recently announced for Istanbul's Club To Club festival, while a previously unheard track of his will grace Bleep.com's new compilation.
