Premiere: Tonstartssbandht - Alright

Rollicking psychedelic country turn from Florida duo on tour with Dirty Beaches.

I first bumped into Floridian brotherly duo Tonstartssbandht (pronounced TAHN-starts-bandit, folks) at SXSW 2012 where they shared their musical tips for the festival on camera in a colourful fashion. Part of the Arbutus family, the brothers’ easy panache is very much at the centre of their rollicking psychedelic country music. This new one, called Alright, is from a split cassette that Russian label Spacebridge Records are releasing to coincide with Tonstartssbandht’s Russia and EU tour with Dirty Beaches.
