James Blake - Case Of You

James Blake wraps up the biggest year of his career to date with this striking video for his cover of Joni Mitchell’s Case Of You. That Blake was into Mitchell came as a bit of a surprise back in February when he debuted this cover on Radio 1 but, as I rambled on about in my best-of-2011-albums piece on his debut the other day, the young Londoner has as much in common with folk as dubstep. Anyway, this new video stars actress Rebecca Hall and paints an intimate portrait of a relationship with all the sweetness and the bitterness that the song alludes to.
