Hudson Mohawke and Nikki Nair release sizzling new EP 'Set The Roof'
Hudson Mohawke and Nikki Nair have joined forces for a new joint EP titled 'Set The Roof'.
Released yesterday (May 24) on Warp Records, the project follows a huge year for both artists that saw Mohawke release his acclaimed third full-length record - and one of our shouts for album of the year - 'Cry Sugar'. Meanwhile, Knoxville-born and Atlanta-based producer Nikki Nair spent 2022 garnering even more notability, releasing popular singles with Studio Barnhus, VISION and Sam Binga's Pineapple Records.
'Set The Roof' spawned from a number of hang outs in Hud Mo’s Healthfarm studio in Echo Park, Los Angeles — the perfect place to forge what may turn out to be one of the club weapons of this summer.
A three track version of the project is currently available on streaming services with a six track USB set for release on July 7.
